Always enjoy eating here when I am on the road. I wish Zaxbys would come to the Cincinnati area.

Food is good quality for fast food and usually prepared quickly. Orders are always hot and fresh. Pricing is a little higher than similar restaurants but worth it considering the quality. Their salads are my favorite menu item.

We don’t have Zaxbys in Ohio. I first tried in about 12 years ago in Mississippi. I’m hooked!

Awful experience! Food was a D at best and the drink fountain had no regular drinks and all but 2 diet drinks were out. The sweet tea was out also. Customer service was okay, they did try to accommodate me.went in to wash my hands before I ate and the bathroom was disgusting. I dined in the Richmond Ky restaurant on 10-22-2019 at 12:30

I had the chicken fingers plate and it was great I'll definitely be going back allot

Not much to say, except Zaxby's is awesome.

Very good food and nice people

We had a very long wait only to get 2 cold sandwich s . It was very slow night and could understand if it was a busy time. And what was even worse they offered us a cookie for the long wait. First bad experience at what is normally a good place to eat. Hope someone reads this and corrects this problem don't want to see a good restaurant like this get a bad reputation. Really hate to give them a bad review . Will go back.. also you need to talk to your employees about sleeping at the tables. I know they work had but that looks bad.

Horrible!!! Avoid at all cost. Wife and ate here a few nights ago. Mine and my wife’s chicken was cold and rubbery. The bread was ice cold, and the fries were too. I complained and got attitude from a manager and clerk. I asked for fresh cooked chicken. They replaced my food in about 1 minute but just gave me more cold chicken and fresh bread and fries. The wife and I threw away $20 worth of food and left. I sent complaint in on their website and nobody even cared enough to reply. Don’t understand how they can have 4.3 star reviews with an attitude like that.

Always enjoy Zaxbys. Good was good but. The restaurant was very cold. I informed staff that it was too cold and manager did comply and turn off a.c.. But it took awhile to warm up the room. Even one of the staff said it was like a refrigerator

Food was ok. Was upset as I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for a pack of Zaxbys sauce. The young man informed me like I couldn't afford it in front of other customers that it would be .25 for the pack.I'll take my love for fried chicken to Chik Fil A. Zaxbys should take lessons from CFL on customer satisfaction.

Chicken fingers done perfectly! Crinkle fries were seasoned well and crispy. Love their special sauce, right amount of pepper. Enjoyed the fried cheddar cheese curds, nice and crispy! Drink selection was mind blowing with the new master mix self serve choices. Only problem...no location in Cincinnati/Mason area!😩

I really enjoyed the strips. When I was there, they only had their dipping sauce. Was a bit spicey for me. (Reflux)Wish they had choice of sauces, but guess that's what makes them Zaxby's.

Food was pretty good. Super pricey for a fast food experience. Staff was unpleasant and unhelpful with menu.

As always, excellent food. Great service from friendly people. As I've said before, hands down the best chicken place out there.

Fresh & Tasty food. Huge fresh salads....so big you need 3-4 dressings to cover you salad...yummy.

Waited 25 mins for boneless wings before I went to ask how much longer. The cashier didn't know what happened and the kitchen claimed they made it. Continued to wait on them to make the food after they forgot about us. No compensation offered. They did, however, give us a bunch of cookies.. Eh. I requested the wings extra crispy but they weren't. Bad service. Food was okay. Disappointed.

Good food and at a decent price. The seating area here is good for small groups or a couple medium sized groups.
